how do i earn residual income without selling products or recruiting people
Focus on expense reduction. You attach yourself to savings a business already has to make. No inventory. No downline. No pitch. The client wins every month and so do you.
I used to think residual income meant real estate or a retirement account. Then I figured out those aren't really residual in the honest sense. Real estate needs maintenance. Retirement accounts depend on markets. Royalties dry up when people stop buying. None of those deliver fresh value to someone else every single month.
Expense reduction is different. A business is already spending money on things like payment processing, utilities, or telecom. You find where they're overpaying. They keep the savings. You earn a share of those savings as long as they stay a client. Ask yourself this: why would they ever leave? They wouldn't. That's the test I use for any service worth building around.
I've got a simple way I think about my work. Work once, get paid continually. That's only possible when the client has a real reason to stay. Expense reduction gives them that reason every month because the value shows up on their statement. You're not recruiting anyone. You're not holding inventory. You're just connecting businesses to money they were already losing.
